From the Forest Service press release: "U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service today announced a new regulation for recreational motor vehicle use in national forests and grasslands which will forge a sustainable system of routes and areas designated for motorized use in the future."
The new Forest Service motor vehicle rule and related information is available on the Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Program website. The final rule is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on or around November 4, 2005.
