Samuel Alito Hearings

From the Washington Post: "Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito was aggressively questioned Wednesday by Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee who accused him of inconsistencies on issues ranging from voting rights to ethics to his membership in a conservative organization."

You can find more information on the hearings on the Senate Judiciary Committee website. Also, you can watch the hearings online via C-SPAN.org.

The Washington Post has been releasing early transcripts of the hearings (thanks to beSpacific for the links). Official government transcripts will not be ready for several weeks.
