From the Missoulian: "Juvenile arrests in Missoula County slipped from 2,007 in 2000 to 1,824 in 2006. Child abuse also fell from 979 cases at the start of the decade to 796 last year."
The new data comes from the 2007 Montana Kids Count Data Book. The book is available on the Bureau of Business and Economic Research (BBER) website.
