From the Missoulian: "Capping more than a week of marathon committee sessions and one-on-one negotiations among its members, a key legislative panel Tuesday approved the bill outlining how to spend Montana's $870 million share of federal economic 'stimulus' money."
The House Appropriations Committee passed House Bill 645, Implement receipt of and appropriate federal stimulus and recovery funds, yesterday. You can find the latest text of the bill on the Montana Legislature website. The bill now heads to the floor of the Montana House.
