Review of Endangered Species Act Decisions

From the Missoulian: "Meddling by a former Interior Department official may force the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to revisit its decision to remove nearly 90 percent of the lands it had recommended as critical habitat for the Canada lynx."

The Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) issued a press release on the review of decisions and has posted additional information on the Endangered Species website. The affected species include:

Canada lynx

White-tailed prairie dog

Preble's meadow jumping mouse

Arroyo toad

Southwestern willow flycatcher

California red-legged frog

12 species of Hawaiian picture-wing flies
