From the Missoulian: "The 2 1/2-year legal saga of Montana's first Healthy Forest Restoration Act fuel reduction project may be over.

"A three-judge 9th Circuit Court of Appeals panel Thursday affirmed a Missoula District Court ruling that rejected a challenge by two environmental groups."
