From the Missoulian: "Commissioner of Higher Education Sheila Stearns and her staff released a 54-page report Monday on the Bitterroot Valley Community College proposal.
"The report calls the timeline between approval of the project and the proposed start of classes in fall 2009 as 'unrealistic,' and examines flaws in funding and enrollment projections."
The report on the Bitterroot Valley Community College (BVCC) District proposal prepared by the Commissioner of Higher Education is posted on the Board of Regents website. The agenda for the Board of Regents meeting and associated documents are available on the website as well.
