From the Billings Gazette: "A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday unanimously overturned a federal judge in Montana who had kept the border closed with a ruling saying the U.S. beef industry faced 'potentially catastrophic damages' and that American consumers faced 'a genuine risk of death'."
