This hotly contended bill passed the House today 217-215. The Senate version of the bill passed on June 30th, 54-45.
Federal Public Transportation Act of 2005 (Highway Bill)

The Conference Committee has reportedly reached an agreement. The Conference Report for this bill is expected to be released today.
Energy Policy Act of 2005
H.R. 6
Conference Report 109-190 was filed yesterday, July 27. The text of the report is currently available in the Congressional Record beginning on page H6691. Section 110 covers the change in Daylight Savings Time, and the text of that provision begins on page H6697.
