From the Missoulian: "W.R. Grace & Co. said Monday it has reached an agreement to resolve current and future asbestos claims against the company, which would allow it to emerge from bankruptcy without further obligations for asbestos injury."
A summary of the settlement agreement has been posted on the W.R. Grace website. Grace has also issued a press release indicating it will retain the Libby Medical Program. Various opinions in the bankruptcy case are on the website for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The case number is 01-01139, and the judge in the case is Judith Fitzgerald.
