W.R. Grace Motions to Dismiss

From the Missoulian: "Stacked in the courtroom Tuesday, attorneys for W.R. Grace and Co. fought to dismiss federal charges alleging the company's top executives knowingly released deadly asbestos into the air in Libby...

"Defense attorneys argued eight separate motions to dismiss, the grounds for which range from duplicitous prosecution to statutes of limitation."
